modern design rainfall shower taxi service

This hotel REALLY shined. The room had a super modern design, I LOVED it. A very clean bathroom included a rainfall shower. I also used a convenient taxi service to the airport that the staff arranged.

The mini fridge in my room was not working AT ALL.

The location was central. The room had modern decor and felt very clean. I also found several restaurants and shops located conveniently nearby. I appreciated that.

easy access excellent size secure entry

Hotel location was simple to access. Room size was excellent. The online check-in worked fine. Key pad entry to the building and room.

I must mention the room lacked complementary water.

a fairly central location

central location clean room complimentary coffee complicated process late noise specific event

the location was really central and convenient. i could easily walk to shops and restaurants from there. the room was very clean , which i always appreciate. i also liked the complimentary coffee.

the self check in process was a bit complicated , i thought. it took a while to figure it out on arrival. there was also some noise from outside until late at night. i am not sure if it was a specific event , but it did bother me a bit.

modern design secure access non-functioning tv missing kettle

the room was very clean i noticed a modern design. its location is quite central as well. there were many bars and restaurants nearby the hotel i appreciated the convenience. a secure access impressed me a lot.

the tv did not function properly it was unfortunate. there was NO kettle in the room that was a drawback. when i reported these issues i learned that no immediate action could be taken due to it being the weekend. this lack of service was disappointing.

prime location juliet balcony large room

location was prime, near everything i needed. the room had a juliet balcony overlooking the promenade, a nice feature. i found the room to be quite large, a plus.

the self check-in process felt unclear. i wish there was actual staff available to assist directly, made me uncomfortable.
